'DIVING IN' TO WORRY

Thank you Eva,
My research about worries is that they are symptoms of Emotional Fear.
We did an exercise with Markus Bork in our first Fear Clubs.
We were sorting Feelings, Emotions and Worries.
We found out that worries are mind constructs which are projected out of Emotional Fear into the future, to keep the underlying driving force = Emotion in place.
It functions like a stabilizing mental force to keep the Low Drama dynamic in place.
Love, Christine

This is great condensation B of fear distinctions, Eva!
Another distinction I found to add to the worry research? and unconscious fear in general is that unconscious fear tends to make the now very big. Either the now encompasses somewhere in the future (similar to what Christine said), or encompasses a bunch of time in the past as well as the future (like “what if this thing that happened is never going to stop?”)
So when worrying is happening a great question to ask is “how big is your now?” And practice moving yourself to the present, the small now. That could be added to the map.
The worry can also be a gremlin food or even gremlin contamination for some people, to keep them in the addicted emotional alert fast state of intensity, thinking that this is authentic aliveness.

In my research of worry, a dimension that keeps coming back again and again, is that worry comes out of a sense of powerlessness - which might be from a big now, having no power in the future or the past, but it can also be triggered when the power of the right answer, or how it goes or what is appropriate, or what is being a good person, a good student, a good Possibilitator is given to someone else.
The lack of connection with the Feeling of Fear (and the other Feelings) create a lack of a compass and of a reference point that comes from inside: what do I want? is this enough? too much? too superficial? too dramatic? or not enough? how to I even find out when it is enough?
And finding answers to these questions from inside instead of outside, because looking for answers outside is what triggers the powerlessness to negotiate, to ask, to create, to move, to stay still, to speak or stay silent, to declare, etc... The worry would be a form of compensation for powerlessness. If I am always attentive to what others people want or do not want, then I can have a fake sense of power through manipulation, control and adaptiveness.
Your Commitment To Worry
Worry consumes so much time, energy, and attention, but how productive is worry? What causes worry? How to stop worrying?
